Ayo Lawrence is a beacon of empowerment and a seasoned practitioner in the realm of people and systems organization, known for her adept problem-solving abilities that pave the way for personal and organizational contentment. She is aptly titled the Queen of Premium Family Life, Addictions and Mental Health Practice – Yèyé Atáyétúnléṣe -Ayo has carved a distinct niche for herself.
She is a Master Practitioner of Family Systems Engineering from the Institute of Family Engineering and Development, a Canada-trained Addictions and Mental Health Practitioner, a Certified Life Coach, NLP Practitioner and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist from The Academy of Modern Applied Psychology in Scotland, UK, and a Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner from The Priority Academy. Her expertise extends to mediating conflicts as a Certified Mediator with specialization in Family Mediation from the International Mediation Campus in Germany.
She graduated from the University of Ilorin in Nigeria with a BSC in Mathematics, thereafter went on to establish herself professionally as a Counsellor, Coach, and Therapist, seamlessly blending her roles as a healing facilitator and educator.
As the Co-Founder, MD/CEO, and Lead Consultant at EL-CUBED International Limited, Ayo’s leadership resonates through a career that spans over two decades. Her remarkable journey boasts proficiency in Operations and Administration Management, Process Improvement, Financial Stewardship, Customer Relationship Management, Team Leadership, and Development across individual and corporate contexts, both within Nigeria and internationally.
Ayo harnesses all her tools to guide her clients on a journey towards clarity, healing, wholeness, harmonious, and balanced living. She collaboratively orchestrates and spearheads a multitude of professional counseling and intervention programs alongside her dedicated team.
Furthermore, she is a Rotarian, the Convener of Ladies in Convo and LIVE Conference.
Amidst her numerous accomplishments as a Family Life Innovator, Ayo remains grounded in her devotion to the family and the home front, where one of her favourite things is to cook and home entertain. This made her take a certification course in Kitchen Operations Techniques at the prestigious Utalii College, Nairobi, Kenya.
She is the founder of GrandCoeur Empowerment Initiative, an NGO improving the livelihoods of the vulnerable of the society, most particularly , girls and women, victims of violence, ex-commercial sex workers, widows, the aged, orphans, street children and destitute families.
Also, she is the founder of House of Mrembo, an afrocentric bespoke fashion brand.
She is a Life Member at Enterprise Development Centre of Pan Atlantic University, Lagos, Nigeria and she sits as a member on the Board of Trustees of GrandCoeur Empowerment Initiative, Lagos Nigeria, Rarebreed Men, Scotland UK, and member of the Management Team, Institute of Family Engineering and Development, Lagos, Nigeria

Ayo Lawrence, a remarkable luminary, is married to Oluwafemi Bernard, and their union is blessed with three remarkable trailblazers – Oluwatosin David, Oluwatoyin Joyce and Oluwatamilore Sarah.
