Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

Mental health challenges are rapidly rising, yet most individuals are ill-equipped to recognize or respond to early warning signs.

Mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation amongst others  are prevalent yet misunderstood. The stigma attached to these conditions often leads to silence, delayed intervention, or inappropriate responses — exacerbating crises and impacting relationships, productivity, and even lives.

Many well-meaning individuals want to help but lack the knowledge or confidence to intervene appropriately, hence this training for the leaders that take Certification in Entrepreneurial Management. Just as CPR is vital for cardiac emergencies, MHFA is vital for mental health emergencies.

Our Mental Health First Aid Training, is an evidence-based programme that equips its participants to understand common Mental Health misconceptions, identify , recognize early signs of mental health conditions, understand, and respond to mental health issues/ challenges with confidence, compassion, and clarity when support is needed.

This training will help build a proactive support system amongst the leaders empowering them as  trained first responders who become mental health allies, not bystanders.
