Jeph Oluwagbemiga is a multidimensional coach with passion for human capacity development. He is a Public Health and Management professional with over twenty years’ experience in various capacities.
He is passionate about how family system Leadership and Human Capacity development as a tool to life accomplishment at personal, family, community, and national spheres.
He has 1st and 2nd degrees in Psychology (Industrial & Organizational), with a few other certifications in Leadership and Management, Behavioral Change, Emotional Intelligence, Global Mental Health (youths, family and workplace dynamics), Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Family Systems Engineering etc
He has successfully worked in various leadership capacity in a couple of international NGOs and he’s also a seasoned Family Life-Workplace systems integration coach who consults for individual and organizations.
He is a member of the Network of Family Systems Engineering Practitioners of Nigeria, Nigerian Psychological Association and Fellow, Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria

- Conducts counselling services for youths on career choice, Reproductive Health and Life Skills.
- Conducts faith-based and global perspectives counselling trainings.
- Conducts team building and capacity development/productivity drive trainings for organizations
- Hosts The Jeph316Show. An online Family talk show on extensive topics concerning the Family Institution and the society
- Conducts Love Is A Living Thing, a church based monthly seminar for youths on Relationships, Peoples skills, Reproductive Health. Duration: May 2005- date.
- He is the CEO of Mindvalve Emporium, Abuja, a Human Capacity Development organization which specializes in Training, Counselling, Therapy, Coaching and Consultancy.
