Foluso Kolawole graduated with an LL.B (Upper Division) from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2002.
Foluso is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK). More recently, she qualified as a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators.
With over 20 years of dynamic legal experience, Foluso has worked with notable companies and law offices. She has been involved in several transactions spanning various aspects of Corporate & Commercial law.
She brings to the disposal of clients, her wealth of experience in all aspects of Nigerian corporate & commercial law, real property, compliance, due diligence, and regulatory matters.
Foluso also advises on company formations, restructuring, and immigration regulation. She provides company secretarial services to multinational companies and is generally accredited for her management capabilities.
She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), the Nigerian Bar Association, and the International Bar Association.
