Femi Lawrence

Femi Lawrence holds a Master of Information Systems from University of Phoenix, Master of Business Administration from Lagos State University and Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Ilorin.

Femi is an accomplished Information Technology Leader with rich and diverse 22 years of work experiences within multiple Subsidiaries of The Coca-Cola Company and Visions Integrated Technology & Engineering Limited. He has effectively led the definition and execution of digital transformation road map and Operational Excellence business strategy across Europe, Middle East and Africa whilst establishing governance structure that effectively managed enterprise risk and enforce compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, service level agreement, policies processes and Standard Operating Procedures. He is very adept in coaching, educating, and advocating high performance team culture to sustain excellent service delivery.


A strategic thinker with great interpersonal and communication skills having strong abilities to communicate across the board. Femi Lawrence has significant international work experiences leading, organizing, training and developing resources, and have held expatriate positions in Nairobi, Kenya for about five years, with a short-term International assignment based in Abidjan, Cote d‘Ivoire.

He is a member of the Board of Trustees of GrandCoeur Empowerment Initiative and The Praying Hannah’s Ministry amongst many other voluntary services engagements in the community. 

Femi is a professional member of Project Management Institute and certified as Project Management Professional (PMP), also a PECB certified ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems Lead auditor. He has attended many professional and leadership training programmes facilitated by Balanced Scorecard Institute, Archer Consulting, Dale Carnegie, Lagos Business School, Philips Consulting, and other courses both Local and International.
