Adebimpe Ayo-Elias
Adebimpe’s HR experience spans over 25 years in various sectors of the economy such as banking, HR consulting and telecommunications. She is very passionate and knowledgeable about human resource management and the value it creates for organisations. She fully understands the value levers for HR and the solutions that drive improvement, and has a tenacious approach to delivery and quality of output.
She brings to the EL-Cubed Advisory Board (non-Executive), proven strong leadership capabilities, result-orientation and a focus on team spirit and dynamics. She will be invaluable in providing leadership and human resource advice to the Executive Management Team.
Adebimpe has a Masters Degree in International Human Resource Management from Cranfield University – UK and an Executive Diploma in Digital Marketing from UPGRAD-University of Cambridge. She is an accredited Hay Job Evaluator and a full member of the Institute of Directors (IoD), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). She has worked meritoriously in a number of organisations, namely : Human Edge (an indigenous HR consulting company); MTN Nigeria; Alcatel-Lucent Nigeria & Ghana, NOKIA Nigeria and SystemSpecs.
Currently, Adebimpe is a General Manager in charge of HR Business Partnering at AIRTEL Nigeria.
She is happily married and blessed with wonderful children
